THE High Court of Tanzania TODAY declared Dr Wilbrod Slaa of the Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) party the dully elected member of parliament for Karatu constituency, refuting a petition filed last year by three Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) members.
