Mwendesha mashitaka wa serikali Harun Matagane (kushoto) akimsomea mashitaka dereva Damian Aweda Lali (30) akiwa kitandani katika wodi ya majeruhi hospitali ya Mount Meru mjini Arusha kwa kusababisha vifo vya watu 16 na majeruhi 24.Kwa mujibu wa hati hiyo ya mashitaka dereva huyo alisomewa makosa 47 ya kuvunja sheria za usalama barabarani.Kulia kabisa (mwenye miwani) ni hakimu mkazi wa mahakama ya mkoa wa Arusha anayesikiliza kesi anayesikiliza kesi hiyo George Hubert.
