HARARE, Zimbabwean President and ZANU-PF leader Robert Mugabe (L2 Front), leaders of two factions of the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) Morgan Tsvangirai (R2 Front) and Arthur Mutambara (L1 Front) attend the signing ceremony in Harare, capital of Zimbabwe, July 21, 2008. Zimbabwe's ruling ZANU-PF and the two factions of the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) signed here Monday a deal, paving the way for formal talks to end the political crisis in the country. South African President Thabo Mbeki oversaw the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Robert Mugabe and the leaders of the two MDC factions, Morgan Tsvangirai and Arthur Mutambara, at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
